Thank you so much for supporting my work! Because I am an independent author and handle my own shop inventory, please review our return guidelines below before making a purchase.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange unless otherwise stated below.

Books Return Policy

Damaged Items: If any book arrives damaged in transit or has printing defects, please contact us within 14 days with photos for a free replacement copy.

Standard Signed Books: Books featuring just the author’s signature are eligible for a return or exchange. They must be completely unread, uncreased, and in pristine, brand-new condition.

Personalized Books: Any books customized with a specific name or personalized message are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Merchandise & Apparel Policy

• Eligibility: All apparel, mugs, prints, and other merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Size Exchanges: We accept exchanges for different sizes depending on current stock availability.

Shipping & Refunds

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the item.

How to Start a Return

Email us at beccastrike@hotmail.com with your Order Number and the items you wish to return. Please wait for authorization before mailing packages back.
